You get more than what you pay for January 15, 2006 tstom 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This player is simple to use and very functional for the price. The battery life is good and so is the sound. Another review mentioned problems using protected music, but I have not had this problem with DMR Windows Media Player.
Love it February 9, 2006 E. Berman (NY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I went through two other (Coby) mp3 players before this one, and this one is the best for the least money. When you turn it off and then back on, it picks up where it left off. Easy to use, light, and has a sturdy feel. Comes with head phones and a battery.
Good stuff March 13, 2006 Eric Kang 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought ten MP3 players for junior and high school kids. They liked it very much. I have not heard any complaints. Great price.
cheap and awesome April 4, 2006 bosstang (mangrape) i applied for an amazon visa, got $30 off the price of the purchase, and got free shipping. so i got this for a total of $12.75. i put a ton of Mp3's encoded @ 192 Kbps, and i jog with this thing every night. the battery lasted for quite a while, and the sound quality is very decent. the menus are a little strange to navigate at first, but after the first couple of days it's clean sailing. i replaced the crappy earbuds that came with it w/ some $9.99 sport sony wraparound headphones, which work really well and sound great for the cheap price. no problems with this thing in the few months i've had it. i'd recommend this to anyone who wants 100+ songs to listen to on the fly and doesn't want to fork out $300 for an ipod or something similar. this, for what it does, it does it extremely well for a nice affordable price. thanks amazon! it comes with a battery, a USB extension cable (usb 2.0), a strap, earbuds, instructions, an install cd (for OS before 2000), and a smile on my face. the only thing it lacks is a clip on carry case, but you can get something like that from walmart if needed for $2. btw, it does not play copy protected music, but i encode all my own MP3's at better quality than those crappy sites sell their songs for... or find what i need of soulseek. this mp3 is PERFECT for me. hope this review helps you out. the
Excellent product for the money April 30, 2006 matt151617 (Plattsburgh, NY) I was a little skeptable at first, but now I love this product. It is very easy to use, especially if it is dark or in your pocket, you don't need to take it out. It holds lots of songs as well. It seems to have a problem with WMA files, they have feedback on them, but it is easily fixed with a free online WMA to MP3 converter. Overall, excellent product, highly reccomended.
